Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to support a health system client engagement focused on data integration, movement and analytics modernization. This is a direct hire opportunity.

• **W2 only
• Remote
• Must support client in MT time.

What You'll Do

You'll serve as the technical lead for designing and implementing scalable data solutions across the enterprise—connecting source systems, orchestrating data movement and ensuring data integrity across Oracle environments.

Required Experience

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — hands-on design and implementation of integration flows
• Data integration architecture across complex healthcare environments
• Data movement patterns, ETL/ELT pipelines and migration strategies
• Oracle data schematics and data modeling
• Data analytics solution design and delivery

Preferred

• Familiarity with Lawson (Infor) ERP in a healthcare or health system context

You bring deep technical fluency in Oracle's integration and data ecosystem and can translate complex requirements into reliable, maintainable architectures. You communicate clearly with both technical teams and clinical or operational stakeholders — and you know that good data architecture isn't just about the platform, it's about the people who depend on it.
