Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Practice Director to lead and grow our Workday SCM consulting practice. This leadership role is responsible for driving practice development, overseeing successful client engagements, managing and mentoring consulting teams, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday SCM solutions, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations within a Workday Partner environment.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

  • Lead the overall strategy, growth, and operational excellence of the Workday SCM practice.
  • Develop and execute practice plans to expand market presence, service offerings, and revenue.
  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and delivery standards for Workday SCM implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Workday SCM solutions, including Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Oversee multiple client engagements to ensure successful delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project risks, escalations, resource allocation, and delivery performance.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Workday SCM consultants, managers, and solution architects.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing consulting organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including significant experience with Workday SCM solutions.
  • Current Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Certification required.
  • Experience working for a Workday Services Partner, Advisory Partner, or Consulting Partner organization.
  • Proven leadership experience managing consulting teams and large-scale Workday implementation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Workday SCM modules and end-to-end supply chain business processes.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and people management capabilities.
  • Experience supporting business development, pre-sales, and practice growth initiatives.
