We are seeking a Level 3 Epic analyst with active Grand Central and Prelude certifications to provide immediate production support in a complex, multi-entity health system. This role demands deep expertise in ADT workflows and the ability to operate autonomously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Scope of Work:

  • Full ownership of Grand Central and Prelude build, support, and optimization
  • Advanced ADT workflow management (movement logic, bed planning, identity, registration)
  • Backlog reduction and incident prioritization across enterprise systems
  • Go-live support and stabilization (event-based travel required)
  • Cross-functional collaboration within a multi-hospital architecture

Required Experience:

  • Active Epic certifications (Grand Central, Prelude)
  • Proven Level 3 / senior analyst capability
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-facility Epic environments
  • Strong independent decision-making and issue resolution skills
