Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, ERP Alyssa Eilers is recruiting this position.
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Compensation programs to support several high-priority initiatives. This is an urgent backfill opportunity requiring a resource who can quickly ramp up, take ownership, and drive execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This is a 100% remote, 9 - 12 + month contract that would begin ASAP.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of project management expertise, compensation program knowledge, and Workday experience, along with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage compensation-related projects, including:
- Incentive Compensation Programs
- Annual Merit Increase Cycles
- Broad-Based Bonus Programs
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to ensure project momentum and alignment.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and action items while holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
- Maintain organized project documentation, communications, and reporting.
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from end users and project teams to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Project Management experience supporting Compensation programs.
- Hands-on experience working within Workday environments.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive discussions, resolve conflicts, and achieve decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly responsive and engaged.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
- Experience supporting large enterprise HR or Compensation initiatives.
Additional Information
While Workday experience is required, this role will primarily focus on supporting the client's FY26 Compensation Cycle and related compensation programs. The resource will not be directly involved in the ongoing Workday implementation efforts.
