Our healthcare client is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Consultant to support a large-scale Workday implementation currently in the build phase. The organization is implementing Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Supply Chain, with a targeted January 1, 2027 go-live. The client is migrating from Infor Lawson, with Deloitte serving as the System Integrator. This remote, contract position would begin immediately.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy custom Workday reports
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
• Lead report discovery and design discussions
• Translate business requirements into technical report specifications
• Create documentation and report design artifacts where little or no documentation currently exists
• Develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom reports utilizing calculated fields
• Collaborate with Deloitte and internal project teams throughout the implementation
• Mentor internal team members on Workday Reporting best practices and help establish reporting knowledge within the organization
• Help accelerate delivery to support the January 2027 go-live

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience building Workday custom reports
• Strong expertise with:
  • Advanced Reports
  • Matrix Reports
  • Composite Reports
  • Calculated Fields
• Ability to independently gather business requirements from functional stakeholders
• Experience translating business needs into technical reporting solutions
• Strong documentation and report design specification experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience supporting large Workday implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Reporting experience across Financials and/or Supply Chain
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience working alongside large System Integrators (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, etc.)
• Experience mentoring junior reporting resources
