Position Summary

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Consultant Operations Specialist to support consultant onboarding, credentialing, health screenings, background checks, travel administration, and compliance operations.

This role is critical to ensuring consultants meet client requirements, onboarding processes run smoothly, and compliance standards are maintained across multiple healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

·      Compliance & Health Screening Management

·      Coordinate consultant health screenings, drug testing, immunizations, and related onboarding requirements.

·      Track and manage screening results through company onboarding platforms.

·      Partner with clinical vendors to ensure compliance with client-specific requirements.

·      Review onboarding documentation and maintain accurate compliance records.

·      Support client audits and compliance reporting activities.

·      Manage vendor relationships and assist with contract and pricing negotiations.

·      Administer criminal background screening and credentialing processes.

·      Maintain compliance with recurring screening and monitoring requirements.

·      Collaborate with Recruiting, Engagement, Compliance, HR, and Accounting teams.

·      Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and workflow optimization.

·      Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.

·      Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

·      3+ years of experience in compliance, credentialing, onboarding, healthcare staffing, healthcare operations, HR operations, or a related field.

·      Previous experience as Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Phlebotomist, or Pathology Assistant is preferred

·      Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·      Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and web-based business applications.

·      Experience with credentialing, background screening, healthcare onboarding, travel management, or compliance systems preferred.

·      Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
