We have an immediate opening with a New York-based client for an Epic Ambulatory/Wisdom Analyst to support a high-volume production support environment. This role is primarily focused on Ambulatory production support with an emphasis on Wisdom and Behavioral Health.

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Start: Immediate

Location: Mostly Remote- may want travel for milestones

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Epic Ambulatory production support with a focus on Behavioral Health.
  • Resolve production incidents and ServiceNow tickets.
  • Build and maintain SmartSets, Express Lanes, and other Epic tools.
  • Support Epic Wisdom through ticket resolution, production support, and participation in module meetings.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Epic Ambulatory certification required; Wisdom certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting Epic Wisdom and Behavioral Health workflows.
  • Strong production support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization experience.
