Oracle Fusion HR Trainer Contract

Remote with Occasional Travel

3 Months + Extension

30 hrs./week

Role Overview

The Oracle Fusion HR Trainer will lead training content development and delivery in support of the client's Oracle Fusion implementation, with a primary focus on HR modules and secondary support across Finance and SCM functional areas. This individual will play a key role in preparing the organization for go-live through effective curriculum design, content quality assurance, and hands-on training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare training content, materials, and job aids tailored to Oracle Fusion HR functionality
  • Perform quality control reviews of training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with system configuration
  • Design and build curriculum to support end-user readiness ahead of go-live
  • Deliver training sessions to end users across HR functions, with the flexibility to assist with Finance and SCM training as needed
  • Collaborate with project and functional teams to ensure training content reflects current business processes and system design
  • Adapt training approach and materials based on audience needs and evolving project timelines

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience developing and delivering training for Oracle Fusion, with a strong focus on HR modules
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and/or SCM modules preferred
  • Strong background in content prep, curriculum development, and instructional design
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally within a go-live readiness capacity
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex system functionality into clear, digestible training content
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based environment
