About the Role

Healthcare IT Leaders is looking for a Strata Architect to support a health system client on the East Coast through a UKG implementation and go-live. This is a hands-on, onsite engagement for an architect who has built Operational Budgeting and Planning structures and Executive Dashboard and reporting solutions, and who can bring that background to a live workforce management roll out

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Strata architect supporting a health system’s UKG implementation, aligning labor and cost data across both platforms
• Design and maintain Operational Budgeting and Planning structures, including chart of accounts, statistics, and department hierarchies
• Build and maintain Executive Dashboards and management reporting that give finance and operations leadership visibility into labor cost, productivity, and budget variance
• Partner with the UKG implementation team on data mapping, integration touchpoints, and go-live readiness for workforce and labor data feeds
• Translate finance and operations requirements into system configuration, and validate that budgeting and reporting outputs tie back to source data
• Support testing, validation, and end-user training through go-live and stabilization

Requirements

• Proven experience architecting or administering Strata, with hands-on ownership of Operational Budgeting and Planning
• A track record of building Executive Dashboards and management-level reporting for hospital or health system leadership
• Experience supporting a live system implementation and go-live, ideally alongside a workforce management or ERP conversion
• Comfort working directly with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into system design
• Availability to work 100% onsite in New York City for the duration of the engagement

Nice to Have

• Functional finance background in healthcare decision support, cost accounting, or FP&A
• Prior exposure to UKG or another workforce management platform
• Experience tying labor cost or productivity reporting back to the budgeting cycle
