My organization Healthcare IT Leaders is looking for qualified Help Desk Analysts to add to our Continuous Services team. Currently, we are looking for candidates with 3+ years of Help desk/ support experience. Any Cerner or Epic experience is highly preferred.

These positions are full-time, direct hire positions; candidates must be local to the Kansas City Metro area and be able to work remote hybrid.

Shift Schedule options available:

  • Day shift 6AM to 6PM CST on a 5-5-4-4 schedule (work 5 days, then off 5 days, work 4 days, then off 4 days - repeating this schedule)
  • 5-5-4-4 Night shift (6PM to 6AM CT)
  • Regular Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 7AM-4PM or 6AM-3pm CT)

Job Description:

  • Provide help desk support and respond to tickets
  • Work through queues in order to provide technical support in a healthcare environment

Requirements:

  • Prior Epic and/ or Cerner experience required.
  • Must have prior help desk/ service desk experience in order to be considered.
  • Must be local to the KC metro area.
