Must have experience supporting PeopleSoft.

Assignments/Skillsets: Ticket intake, triage, and routing; password resets, access requests, and known-error resolution; documentation and knowledge base upkeep

ITSM ticket handling, healthcare ERP end-user support, triage and routing, knowledge management

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior Healthcare background desired.
  • PeopleSoft ERP Support
