Epic Principal Trainer (Technical) – Revenue Cycle (Remote Contract)

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Epic Principal Trainer with strong technical training-environment expertise to support a fall Epic upgrade and a concurrent Epic care management implementation. This remote contract role focuses on end-user education across revenue cycle and care management workflows (including denials, appeals, and RAC audits) and the technical management of Epic training environments.

• Lead curriculum and training guide development, adoption materials, and train-the-trainer programs for credentialed trainers
• Own Epic training environments: MST build, environment refreshes, and ongoing technical accuracy/stability
• Serve as a hands-on Epic revenue cycle analyst, supporting build and ticket resolution across assigned applications
• Support business-facing meetings during daytime hours; engagement to begin ASAP

• Active Epic certification in one or more relevant modules ( resolute HB or PB)
• Proven Principal Trainer experience
• Strong experience building/managing Epic training environments; MST expertise required
• Epic Resolute HB/PB background and solid revenue cycle experience
• CDM, charge router, and revenue integrity edit experience strongly preferred
• Epic care management/clinical case management implementation experience preferred
• Clear communicator of complex technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Epic Hyperspace, Epic Resolute HB/PB, Epic care management/clinical case management, Epic MST/training environment build, EHR and RCM systems.
