Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking three Patient Accounting Super Users with hands-on billing and follow-up experience in Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) for an immediate contracting opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • The consultant will work alongside patient financial services, billing, revenue integrity, and revenue cycle leadership staff in a live production environment.
  • Strong OHPAC operational experience required
  • This is an operational end-user role, not a technical, build, or configuration role
  • Provide peer level support to billing and follow-up staff at the desk during post go-live stabilization
  • Answer workflow questions and reinforce correct process in production
  • Identify where billing, follow-up, and reconciliation workflows are breaking down and escalate with actionable operational detail
  • Drive validation of reported issues once fixes are made available
  • Support education of end users on corrected workflows

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on hospital billing and accounts receivable follow-up experience
  • Production experience in Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC/RevElate), Cerner Millennium Patient Accounting, or Soarian Financials
  • Working depth in one or more functional areas: cash posting, claims and billing, AR follow-up and denials, revenue integrity, or patient financial services
  • Ability to explain workflow clearly to peers and translate operational problems into clean issue detail
  • Understanding of the downstream revenue impact of charge, claim, and reconciliation errors
  • Prior super user, peer support, or go-live support experience strongly preferred
  • Onsite in Fairbanks, Alaska for a minimum of four weeks; a two weeks on, one week off rotation is available
  • Start date is ASAP, engagement running through September 11, 2026
