Our Northeast based Healthcare client is looking for a Workday Supply Chain Lead Resource to help them with their Workday implementation.

Expected Duration: 12 months

Anticipated Start: Immediate

Location: New Jersey (client site); 25% travel required  

Role Overview

Senior client-side lead owning the Supply Chain workstream of a multi-module Workday implementation through a big-bang go-live and into post-production stabilization. Accountable for end-to-end validation of procurement, inventory, and requisition-to-pay processes, including business process configuration review, supplier and item master data readiness, and integration checkpoints with clinical supply operations.

Requirements

• Full-cycle Workday Supply Chain Management implementations in a lead or client-side lead capacity
• Deep procurement and inventory configuration expertise, including supplier accounts, purchase and requisition business processes, inventory sites and par locations, and requisition-to-pay flows
• Demonstrated ability to audit and challenge SI deliverables, validate configuration against business requirements, and escalate design risk to program leadership
• Working knowledge of Workday integration patterns and the ability to lead integration validation checkpoints with clinical supply, EHR, and third-party supplier systems
• Experience owning a functional workstream through big-bang go-live and stabilization, including data conversion verification, UAT, and cutover readiness
• Healthcare supply chain experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with clinical inventory, par-level management, and item master governance
• Proven knowledge transfer and upskilling experience with internal teams migrating from legacy ERP platforms such as PeopleSoft
• Strong stakeholder management and the executive presence to hold vendors and program leadership accountable in a recovery environment
• Willingness and ability to travel to the client site as required
