Healthcare IT Leaders is growing and we are looking to add a full-time, Workday HCM Consultant to our Workday Practice!

Candidates MUST hold at least one of the following Workday Certifications:

• Advanced Compensation Certification
• Benefits Certification
• HCM Core Certification
• Recruiting Certification
• Talent and Performance Certification

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, including Talent and Recruiting and Advanced Compensation
• Design and configure business processes within the Workday business process framework
• Build and maintain security configuration across domain and business process security policies
• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize reports and calculated fields
• Evaluate cross-functional impacts of configuration changes across the tenant before implementation
• Lead client-facing working sessions and translate business requirements into configuration decisions
• Partner with client stakeholders through design, testing, and deployment activities
• Document tenant configuration and support knowledge transfer to client teams

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HCM architecture and cross-functional impacts across the tenant
• Hands-on configuration experience across Workday Core HCM, Talent and Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation
• Must hold at least one or more ACTIVE Workday Certification to be considered.
• Demonstrated command of end-to-end tenant configuration, with the depth to work confidently across the full tenant
• Experience with the business process framework, security configuration, and reporting
• Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with proven ability to interact directly with client stakeholders
• Workday Benefits certification or configuration experience preferred
