Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Consultant

Contract Role

Remote with Occasional Travel

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Consultant for a remote contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and jumpstart the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) usage strategy, defining how the platform will be adopted, governed and expanded
• Design and build an initial set of three FDI dashboards, prioritizing leader-facing operational reporting
• Build a Leave of Absence dashboard for people leaders, surfacing assignment statuses, disability payments and related leave metrics
• Blend HCM and Payroll data sources where combined reporting is required, validating data alignment across subject areas
• Configure and extend FDI semantic models, subject areas and data pipelines to support reporting requirements
• Work with large data volumes, tuning models and reports for performance and accuracy
• Advise on where FDI can be leveraged beyond HCM across the broader Fusion ERP footprint, given full-platform licensing
• Partner with HR, Payroll and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and transition knowledge to internal teams

Requirements:

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) implementation experience, including dashboard and semantic model development
• Strong reporting and analytics background across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM data structures, with Payroll data experience
• Demonstrated experience handling and modeling large data volumes
• Ability to define an analytics adoption strategy independently, not solely execute predefined requirements
• Experience translating business reporting needs into production dashboards for executive and manager audiences
• Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud, ADW or related Oracle data platform components
• Strong communication skills across functional and technical stakeholders
