Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, EMR Brittany Boldrey is recruiting this position.
Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Care Companion Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and implement Epic Care Companion care plans and patient programs
- Configure patient-entered data collection including questionnaires and flowsheets
- Design and support patient outreach workflows within MyChart
- Analyze clinical workflows and configure how patient-entered responses route back to care teams
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Care Companion and MyChart build
- Provide go-live and post-live support, resolving end-user issues and refining configuration
Requirements:
- Epic MyChart certification with strong build experience
- Direct Care Companion build and implementation experience
- Experience with patient-entered data, questionnaires, flowsheets, and patient outreach
- Understanding of clinical workflows and how patient responses route back to care teams
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and go-live support
- Epic Healthy Planet or population health experience preferred
