UKG Pro WFM Analytics Resource

Duration: 4+ months

Start: ASAP – Must be able to start within 1 week of offer

Location: Remote

Our client is seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Analytics Resource to support a critical UKG go-live and Advanced Scheduling rollout for Mount Sinai Hospital. This resource will focus on analytics, reporting, and delivering actionable workforce data to managers during the implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Support the UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling go-live targeted for August 30, 2026.
  • Configure and enable UKG Pro WFM Analytics and reporting to meet business and management needs.
  • Develop and support reporting that delivers workforce insights to managers through on-screen tiles, dashboards, or similar UKG functionality.
  • Support the migration from the current scheduling process to a swipe-in/swipe-out model involving approximately 40,600 clocks.
  • Partner with project and operational teams to troubleshoot reporting and analytics issues during go-live.
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure analytics and reporting requirements are met within the accelerated implementation timeline.
Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM Analytics and workforce reporting.
  • Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM implementations and go-lives, preferably involving Advanced Scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of dashboards, tiles, reporting, and presenting workforce data to managers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced go-live environment.
  • Must be available to start within one week of receiving an offer.
  • Local/regional candidates preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered.
