Our healthcare client in northern California is seeking a Clinical Application Analyst IV (RN) to join their team as they progress on their ERP transformation project. This role will require an on-site presence, and be engaged on a contract-to-hire for the first 3-6 months.

Requirements

Active RN license (Registered Nurse of California) and graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Minimum 4 years of recent relevant experience in clinical application analysis

Experience implementing, supporting or using UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling modules

Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, structure, and industry standards

Ability to collaborate with business, clinical, and IS departments to develop requirements, design, and configure solutions aligned with organizational needs

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences including executives, managers, and subject matter experts across all technical levels
