Job Summary:
Senior Consultant Advisor, EMR Neika Powell is recruiting this position.
Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic RTE Support Analyst for a 5-month Staff Augmentation opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide post-live support for the Epic RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) module
- Manage and resolve Epic support tickets independently
- Work assigned tickets through to resolution in a post-live environment
- Support Epic Prelude workflows as needed
Requirements:
- Certification and experience with the Epic RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) module
- Post-live support experience working tickets
- Experience with the Epic Prelude module preferred
- Ability to manage and resolve Epic support tickets independently
