UKG DataHub Consultant

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a UKG DataHub Consultant to provide technical consulting and advisory support for UKG DataHub throughout a six-month engagement. This is a part-time consulting opportunity, with a focus on supporting DataHub configuration, data integration, troubleshooting, and overall technical guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consulting and advisory support for UKG DataHub.
  • Assist with DataHub configuration, data flows, integrations, and data management requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot DataHub issues and integration-related challenges.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support data mapping, validation, and integration testing as needed.
  • Provide guidance on UKG DataHub best practices, architecture, and ongoing optimization.
  • Document technical solutions, configurations, and recommendations.
  • Participate in meetings and working sessions based on project needs.
Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with UKG DataHub.
  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM and/or other UKG solutions.
  • Understanding of data integration, data mapping, interfaces, and data validation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting/advisory capacity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
