Our hybrid client, based in Ventura, CA, is seeking a Nurse Call/Clinical Communication & Collaboration (CC&C) Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract starting ASAP.

Requires being on-site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience in complex enterprise environments, with a minimum 5 years in Healthcare IT/Clinical Systems.
  • Proven track record managing Nurse Call/Clinical Communication & Collaboration (CC&C) implementations in acute hospital settings, including familiarity with platforms such as Rauland Code Blue/Responder, Hill-Rom/Baxter, and ASCOM.
  • Hands-on experience integrating clinical communications with major EHR systems (Oracle Health/Cerner or Epic) and mobile endpoints (e.g., Voalte, Zebra, Epic Rover), including middleware such as Voalte or Cerner CareAware.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, IT, or related field required; RN or clinical background a strong plus.
  • Expertise in enterprise PPM tools including ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or Planview, with proficiency in hybrid Waterfall/Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical change management, nurse engagement, and workflow redesign, with understanding of wireless network infrastructure, low-voltage installation, and hospital facility hardware requirements.
