Job Summary:
Senior Consultant Advisor, EMR Neika Powell is recruiting this position.
Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Cadence Analyst for a 6-month staff augmentation opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling build, including templates, appointment types, and visit types
- Gather and document scheduling workflow requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders
- Design, build, and validate Cadence system changes in line with organizational standards
- Test configuration changes and support integrated testing across related Epic applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues, working with end users and support teams
- Support go-live activities, training, and post-implementation optimization
- Maintain accurate build documentation and follow established change control processes
Requirements:
- Epic Cadence certification
- Hands-on experience as an Epic Cadence analyst in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of ambulatory and specialty scheduling workflows
- Familiarity with how Cadence integrates with Prelude, Grand Central, and Epic ambulatory applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with clinical and technical teams
