Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Workday Scheduling & Time Tracking Consultant, with Nurse Scheduling expertise. This would be a 100% remote, 6 + month contract engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the current Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling build and the remaining requirements
• Map existing nurse scheduling requirements to Workday Scheduling functionality and determine what is and is not feasible
• Complete the remaining Nurse Scheduling configuration, including schedule publishing, auto-scheduling, and shift swaps
• Conduct a full security and configuration review and correct security setup to support end-to-end testing
• Support the team through end-to-end testing and go-live
• Develop a realistic plan for Nurse Scheduling items that follow go-live
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training so the internal team can own and sustain the solution

Requirements:

• Hands-on Workday Scheduling experience, including nurse and clinical scheduling in a healthcare environment
• Strong Workday Time Tracking and Time & Attendance configuration skills
• Proven experience configuring auto-scheduling, schedule publishing, and shift swap functionality
• Experience with Workday security configuration and review
• Ability to quickly evaluate an in-flight build and prioritize remaining work against a go-live date
• Experience supporting end-to-end testing and go-live
• Strong communication, training, and knowledge transfer skills
