Job Summary:
Senior Consultant Advisor, EMR Neika Powell is recruiting this position.
Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Referrals Analyst for a 3 Month Staff Aug opportunity. This is a remote opportunity but the client is based in California.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve a high volume of end-user tickets related to the referral workflow
- Address the post-go-live maintenance backlog for Referrals
- Build and maintain Workqueues (WQ)
- Configure authorizations
- Manage tickets through to resolution
Requirements:
- Epic Certification in Referrals
- Experience supporting post-go-live maintenance backlogs
- Workqueue (WQ) build experience
- Authorization configuration experience
- Ticket resolution experience
- Ability to work 100% remote
