Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Workday PATT Lead for a full-time, hybrid opportunity in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience leading Workday US Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking (PATT) initiatives, along with the required Workday certifications and Implementor Services Certification to access and deliver work within the Workday tenant, domains, and environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Workday US Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking (PATT) initiatives.
  • Leverage Workday implementor access to configure, manage, and deliver solutions within the client's Workday tenant, domains, and environment.
  • Provide functional leadership and hands-on expertise across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to support implementation activities, system configuration, and overall solution delivery.
  • Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and established best practices.

Requirements:

  • Must be available for a full-time, salaried position.
  • Active Workday certifications in US Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management are required, with preference given to candidates strongest in Payroll and Absence.
  • Workday Implementor Services Certification is required to provide implementor access within the Workday tenant, domains, and environment.
  • All required certifications must be transferable to the Healthcare IT Leaders LMS.
  • Client-side Workday certifications are not accepted.
  • Previous experience leading Workday PATT implementations or enterprise-level initiatives preferred.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in the Kansas City area.
