Our West Coast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex Medicaid Enterprise and healthcare technology initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact, managing project scope, schedules, resources, stakeholder communications, deliverables, and overall project performance to ensure successful execution. This 100% remote role has a 24+ month initial duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing scope, schedules, resources, deliverables, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison to client for all project activities, communications, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Develop and maintain project management artifacts, including status reports, risk and issue logs, decision logs, action items, meeting minutes, schedules, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate contract administration, invoicing requirements, resource onboarding, training, and assignments.
• Monitor project health, performance, quality, and key metrics to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and oversee project management tools, processes, and procedures.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, formal communications, and ongoing project coordination.
• Ensure all project phases remain on schedule and provide regular reporting to AHCCCS.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Direct experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES).
• Experience managing the implementation and operations of Medicaid or major healthcare payer projects.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiatives, MES modernization, healthcare IT, and data analytics.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and integration efforts.
